1. Our Core Principle: Architectural Sovereignty

At NDTechHub and NAVDIVA Group, we believe privacy cannot be achieved by mere corporate promises — it must be guaranteed by code and software architecture. Unlike legacy "computer use" agents that continuously record your monitor, screenshot private banking portals, and transmit raw frames to remote cloud servers, NIA 1.0 executes inside your local OS perimeter.

All automation tools (window focusing, volume management, AST code indexers, Word document generation) are Python libraries running natively on your local machine.

2. What We NEVER Collect or Transmit

Under no circumstances does NIA 1.0 or NDTechHub record, collect, sell, or proxy:

• Display & Video Streams: Your display frames, desktop wallpaper, open browser tabs, or webcam streams are never broadcast to our servers.
• Keystrokes & Passwords: We do not log keystrokes, password fields, or system clipboard buffers.
• WhatsApp Chats & Media: Conversations handled via the persistent WhatsApp profile remain strictly between your desktop browser session and WhatsApp servers.
• Code AST & Local Repositories: Code review plans and unified diffs generated in .nia_backups are 100% on-device.

3. Third-Party Model Gateways & BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

NIA 1.0 operates on a Direct Gateway model. When you supply your Google Gemini API key or local runner endpoint:

• Your API key is saved locally in encrypted application storage on your Windows PC.
• In BYOK mode, requests travel directly from your desktop IP to Google AI Studio / your model provider. They never transit through an NDTechHub middleman server.
• You retain 100% control over model retention settings according to Google's or your chosen provider's Terms of Service.
